Cancellation Policy

ALL RESERVATIONS are subject to a MINIMUM $25 CANCELLATION FEE. No Shows and cancellations not cancelled according to cancellation policy are subject to payment of the remaining balance due. We CANNOT and WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR Weather, Illness, Work Schedules or other Conflicts; Therefore, OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCE.

Holidays/Monthly/Hall/Pavilion must be cancelled no less than 30 days prior to arrival date.


Non-Holidays must be cancelled no less than 7 days prior to arrival date.



Holidays require payment in full, via Credit Card, to book. Reservations made less than one week prior to arrival date must be paid in full, via Credit Card, to book. Monthly reservations require a $250 deposit and a 30 day cancellation notice. 


2019 HOLIDAY DATES: 3 Night Minimum (Except Premium/Elite Cabins), PIF at booking Memorial Day - May 23-27 July 4th - July 3-7 Roar On The Shore - July 17-20 Labor Day - Aug 30-Sept 2 All other reservations are subject to a one night deposit via Credit Card. 


     Check-in is 3pm. Check Out is 1pm. Visitors and extra campers are $5 per person per day and must be registered upon Check-in.

After Hours Check In Procedure

 After Hours Check-In is available for guests with a guaranteed reservation.  Guaranteed reservations are those that have been paid in full or a deposit has been collected.  If you have not arrived by the time the office has closed for the day you will find your reservation information hanging in the foyer.  Our campground is a gated community, in your envelope you will find your gate keys and car passes.
